A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Barbara, founder of Tactical Motion Fitness and Performance — where movement meets purpose. My journey into the world of fitness began over 15 years ago through my passion for rock climbing — a sport that taught me discipline, strength, and the importance of both physical and mental resilience. That curiosity led me to explore the science behind performance and complete a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. I am now advancing my studies in Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients to help them move confidently, build resilience, and enjoy a more active life. My services include personal training, performance coaching, strength and conditioning, rehabilitation-focused exercise, and longevity training — all designed around each client’s unique goals.

My mission:

I empower clients to better themselves and improve their lives. My goal is to inspire people to thrive as they work toward their personal objectives, whether that’s increasing confidence, maximising performance, or unlocking their full physical potential. By combining tailored training with evidence-based guidance, I support each individual in achieving meaningful, lasting results and feeling their strongest, most capable self.
